After the stay has been confirmed by both parties, the following payment instructions will be communicated and must be followed:
A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay must be paid to Asia Rides' account upon confirmation of participation. Asia Rides will confirm receipt of payment in writing. The remaining balance is due upon arrival in the destination country.
The cancellation and refund conditions are as follows:
In the event of cancellation by the client less than 90 days before the scheduled departure, 10% of the total cost of the trip will be retained by Asia Rides.
In the event of cancellation by the client less than 60 days before the scheduled departure, 20% of the total cost of the trip will be retained by Asia Rides.
In the event of cancellation by the client less than 30 days before the scheduled departure, 50% of the total cost of the trip will be retained by Asia Rides. If Asia Rides is forced to cancel the stay due to an insufficient number of participants, conditions jeopardizing the safety of participants, or a force majeure event up to 21 days before departure, a replacement option will be offered. If it is not suitable, you will receive a full refund.
If Asia Rides is forced to cancel the stay due to an insufficient number of participants, conditions jeopardizing the safety of participants, or a force majeure event within 21 days of departure, you will receive a full refund. The client is responsible for paying any transaction fees or taxes that may apply during the refund process.
